Gift Certificates

Gift certificates may be used for merchandise and/or workshops.

Gift certificates are non-refundable.

You can use part of your gift certificate and your receipt will show the remaining balance. To check your balance, call 479‑466‑4786 during store hours with your gift certificate number.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds or exchanges are available for unused items returned with a receipt within 60 days.

Workshop Changes & Cancellations

We understand that life happens, if you need to adjust your plans, please reach out as soon as you can.

No‑shows Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer refunds or reschedules for no‑shows.

Changes within 24 hours Cancellations or schedule changes made within 24 hours of the workshop start time are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

Changes made more than 24 hours in advance If you contact us more than 24 hours before your workshop, we’re happy to reschedule you into another session with available space or issue a refund. Refunds include a 10% processing fee to cover credit‑card and handling costs.

Full Session Classes Reschedules made 7 days or more before the start of a multi‑week class retain their full value.
